4. Service Booking and Cancellation

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Rescheduling: Changes to appointments can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: All prices are quoted in Czech Crowns (Kč) and include taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and payments via mobile terminal.
Estimates: Service estimates are based on information provided and may be adjusted based on actual conditions.
6. Liability and Insurance
Our Liability: MoveCleanMafia is insured for general liability. We are responsible for damage caused by our negligence during service provision.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for securing valuable items and ensuring safe access to the property.
Limitation: Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or the actual value of damaged items, whichever is less.
